The way we play it - definitely! We both worked up a sweat. You could probably play it less intensely, but we're cut throat.

Crispy shredded beef is just a dish from the local Chinese place. I'm sure it's not healthy, even if you just eat the beef parts :P

Vites: No, I'm trying to keep my carbs as low as possible and I've been using gummy vitamins so I'm cutting those out for a while to see if my stall stops. I'll use my non-gummy vites tomorrow.

Exercise: none...

I've only lost 15 pounds since the surgery, so I'm a little PO-ed by that. Although I am expecting my monthly visitor soon too, so that might also be a reason.

I'm in the same boat! Surgery 2 days after you and down 15.8 (and roughly the same weight for 8 days). I am trying not to compare myself to those who are losing rapidly.
