Hello everyone! Hope you have a Happy Easter! We don't celebrate much beyond eggs and baskets for the kids. It's also my youngest daughter's 8th birthday today. But, she chose tacos for dinner, so luckily I don't have much food temptation today.

Dad's elderly little-white-fluffy-dog continues to be a pain in the butt when it comes to sleeping, so I'm hoping for a nap today.

Well I don't know how I've gotten off track, but here I am.

Food yesterday and today have been of due to staying up late and munching prior to bed. No gym yesterday. None yet today.

Big plus for me yesterday was getting laundry done, putting fresh sheets on the bed, and washing two FILTHY bulldogs.

Today I have mopped the kitchen and dining area, and managed to keep the clean bulldogs from laying in the dusty dirt yard with their white fur.

After my midnight snack of three chocolate protein bars...

AM: SF white mocha with inspire Cinnamon Cappucino protien

L: Fagé 0% with Organic PB Fit with water (über thick)

D:

E: to the gym!!!

Is Fauxtato salad made with cauliflower per chance?

It is indeed, Erin! So delicious! My sister was making potato salad to bring, I called her the night before and asked if she happened to have a bag of frozen cauliflower, and could she make part with that so I could eat it. She made it just like her other just with the cauliflower, and it is scrumptious! I'd been wanting to try it for ages, and now that I have, it will become a regular part of my menu.

P.S. Plus I got to bring all the leftover home for myself lol
