Happy Tuesday! My exam yesterday went well, although I have no idea how. I guess I remember more of this stuff than I give myself credit for. I'll take it. Today I've got running, class, and then a med follow-up with my PCP that I'm nervous about. She's the one currently managing my Vyvanse medication and she made it sound, three months ago, like she wasn't going to do that for much longer. So today I'll try to figure out why. I've got a number of journal article abstracts to give her and we'll see what happens. Fingers crossed.

1: protein shake
2: probably another protein shake - not feeling so interested in food at the moment
3: leftover flat iron steak and asparagus from last night, yum

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: running and yoga stretching! I haven't gotten to run since last Tuesday, so I am excited!

How about you?

Yay on the exam, Gwen! It's going to be another beautiful day here in Missouri today, hope to get a chance to take advantage of it at some point. Still have leftover fauxtato salad (cauli instead of taters), but ran out of ham. Realized all it's missing is tuna to have a great tuna salad, so stirred some in and it's ready to go!

B: Sausage McMuffinless (what I call sausage, egg, cheese but no muffin lol) and coffee w/cream

L&D: Tuna fauxtato salad on shredded lettuce

Water and vites on track

I was supposed to work out with my trainer last night, but when I got there and told him I hadn't felt well over the weekend and that Jon was fighting a low grade fever and congestion, he sent me home. So I will try to get in a work out myself (in addition to walking) Wednesday and then I'm going to see him Saturday. Jon and I are going up to our camp (without kids!) Thursday - Saturday. HEY OH!

Hi everyone! Tuesday's here! Whoohoo! Always glad to get Monday down and proceed with the rest of the work week. :) Feeling a bit better today. Yesterday, after work I came home and took a 2 hour nap because my tummy was just feeling so wanky. It was probably from eating that hard boiled egg for snack yesterday at work a little too fast. :( Lesson learned.

Job interview this week that was unexpected! Quelle excitation! Also, lots of unplanned travel (ugh)

Meal #1: coffee, because Donna forgot her food at home.

Meal #2: Low carb/keto frittata I made with feta, sweet potato hash, and spinach.

Meal #3: Turkey chili. Maybe with a bit of melon? (2-3 cubes cantaloupe) Normally I don't eat fruit at all, however I was gifted a 4oz container of diced melon from a coworker.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

I hate when I forget my food. I'll have a nice breakfast and lunch made and walk out with my lunch bag on the counter. Unfortunately I do that quite a bit so I keep protein bars in my glove box.
