You're a ******* you piece of wood. I am so pissed I overcooked my pork. I stuffed it with ricotta, feta, parmesan, mozzarella, garlic, tomato, and kale. It was going to be a freaking dream!!

But no, I didn'****ch it closely enough and that crap is sitting like a brick in my stomach.

Over 3 years out from VSG and I still can't tolerate dry meat, instant hiccups!

I can't do pork anymore. I'm alwas afraid of not cooking it enough and getting sick. So instead I cook it too much, and get a different kind of sick.

Try using a meat thermometer! Works great everytime.
