It was a crazy whirlwind weekend and so much fun celebrating my 10th anniversary! Now I just need to get through this week, which is crazy because it's the last week of school for the kids and all the activities that come with it. Then, next Wednesday we leave to go to MD again for 10 days. Spending the first few days in Prince Frederick with a friend and then on to Ocean City for a few days before going home!

Yesterday was a no track day. I made Salsa Chicken for my parents. Then we had concrete mixers from Culvers. I did, however, get 20K steps in for the day!

AM: Earl Grey Creme Tea

Ugh, I can't wait to eat hummus. I don't know why but I am craving that and peanut butter really bad!

What a great vacay to look forward to, Erin! Awesome job on the steps, Rachel. I had good intentions yesterday! Reverted to old behaviors last night ... activity was awesome but eating "out of whack." Staying focused today and I WILL adhere to my program.

update: therapy appt. today. Perfect timing.

That magnesium did the trick! Finally a night's sleep with zero charlie horses! Today I'll be in the vegetable garden...

I'm having one of those weeks were my body likes to suddenly drop a lot of weight. I'm down 5 pounds in one week alone. It's not that I don't mind it but usually once it stops I'll stall for a bit and that gets frustrating but I just keep plugging through it.

I just came through one of those and now I'm in the stall. I lost 10lbs in 2 weeks and now I've been bouncing up/down in the same pound for 10 days!

I am a VSG'r that has always posted with the RNY crew as it is a well followed thread, but aill also join my VSG'rs here as well if you dont mind. Weekend was great, busy, fun and too short!

B - two hard boiled eggs

MS - Dannon L& F

L - 4 oz Veal parmagiana

S - Buddig turkey and 100 calorie peanut pack

D - Baked cod

ES - 4 SF Popscicles

E - Gym night tonight, always a minimum of 45 minutes cardio and then whatever body part I am working on that night.
