Yesterdays #'s: Calories-1108, Fat-28.6g, Fiber-4.2g, Carbs-63.5g, Sodium-2017.7mg, Protein-146.3g, Water-2500ml. Daily Calorie Composition: 23% from carbs, 24% from fat and 53% from protein.

Good morning Rachel and menu crew. My head is throbbing today, sinuses are killing me, I cut wood last evening for a few hours and it started then, I took some zyrtec and sudafed this morning so should see some relief. ( I hope I dont sound to whiney! LOL) Other than that, no complaints! Big wekeend planned, Grad party for the son of a good friend and then we are going to camp on Saturday.

Accountability, I was right on last evening. I was very busy and did not eat supper until after 8 pm..so that helped I am sure...

Gorgeous day and I'm stuck in my cave of an office today, for the most part. I'm having a minor surgery tomorrow, they are supposed to call today to tell me when to show up so I might be MIA tomorrow. Having a yard sale on Saturday (as long as I feel up to it!) and the kids both have plans with friends on Sunday.

B: Dannon L&F w/ PB2 and Babybel

D: Something w/ broccoli. I'm thinking it might be an omelet (can you call 1 egg an omelet?)

S: Premier Protein and a handful of popcorn. Maybe a couple pieces of Moon Cheese if my calories say it's ok.

Good luck tomorrow, we were going to have a yard sale on saturday as well and then I canned it. Townwide sale in our town, great time to have one but will be packed with people so I am heading to camp...LOL

Hey everyone! The end of the week is nearing! Yay! Supposed to be a cool front coming through the Midwest on Saturday and grateful for that since we have an outdoor doggy adoption event at Brookside Barkery. Hope everyone is doing good. Back on track for me today and need just to stop my whining about treat day. That's life and it's going to happen, so I need to just adjust, pick the healthiest choices and move, move, move! :)

I'm also stuck working most of the day today. Gonna try and get some swimming in later tonight because it's suppose to rain all day tomorrow.

I showered by myself today! Yay rah! However this sleeping crap is starting to take its toll on me and I feel pretty crummy. I started out in my chair last night, then moved to bed so I could sleep on my side, then ended up back in my chair. Sigh. I've currently got an ice pack on my back since it's sore from sleeping crappy. Yay for secondary complications of surgery.

No idea what food will be like today. Apparently velveeta shells and cheese is my comfort food post-op. Who knew.
