One of the best NSV so far for me!
I will be 12 weeks post op tomorrow!
I can not believe the first photo was me before the surgery. I'm feeling better about myself and loving every minute of it!
Another NSV is last week at the gym I worked out on the elliptical and did 50 minutes STRAIGHT (3.5 miles)! I did not stop once to take a break! I remember before surgery I couldn't even do 5 or 10 minutes without stopping because I was so tired or in pain.
