Got sleeved yesterday morning and last night was hell, I had a lot of gas from the air trapped on my abdominal regions. I also experinced horrific back pain. The morphine I was on was useless, it actually helps with cramps and surgery pains but not the gas or my back pain.

But I did manages to walk about mile 5 times yesterday and three times today. But im so tired..

Remember to sip sip sip tha****er or they won't let you go home.

No matter how you feel right now or how tired you get in the next few weeks, just remember it gets better. After a while you will feel better than you have felt in years. Bless you

Thank you. I know it will get better and that is what is keeping me going. A friend told me that this was painless procedure and she lied lol.

Hi there I was sleeved 12/14. I got home yesterday evening with every regret possible. I found that the pain medication made it worse to settle my self down. I kept walking in circles. I've been sipping water but that comes along with gas pains. The only way I could sleep was sitting upright on the couch with my feet on an ottoman.

we are in this journey together. Maybe you have some tips for me that would help.

best of luck

I know how you feel. Every time I take a drink I can feel the gas come back.up. it's so painful, and sometimes it starts to spasm. I am so grateful for the anti spasm meds. The liquid hydrocodone hurts and burns going down. My liquid antibodic tastes horrid but I did switch to premier protein and it is 100 times better than bariatric advantage. Walking is really the only pain relief that I get right now. I hope it doesn't last long.

Hang in there. I know we can get through this.
