I have to be on a 2 day liquid diet, wondering about the chicken/beef broth. Can I use boullon to make broth or buy chicken noodle soup and strain the meat/noodles out? The plain broth I bought is not very good/bland. Any tips how to survive lol

I strained soup for different taste too. Get as creative as possible. I strained ramen noodles a couple of times, french onion, and others. It is a waste, but like you said, it's about survival!!! This is a rough period. Hang in tthere!
