Good morning! Sitting here eating breakfast, so figured I would get us started. It stormed all night last night with lots of thunder and lightening, so I slept like a rock. Not much planned for today other than make a few phone calls and follow up with the trash disposal people in our area, then workman's comp to see if there's anything else I need to do. When I passed out from dehydration I had hit my head, everyone said to file workman's comp, everyone being my family and co-workers. My last job got real nasty about it, saying it wasn't their fault I fainted and it was my own inability to take care of my health. I understand I passed out from dehydration, but they also called an ambulance for me and now I have an enormous bill that I cannot pay. Also, they had never even reported the incident to their insurance, which is required by law according to workman's comp. I don't want a payout, just a little help with this $6,000.00 bill would be nice since the hospital has a "Pay off in 6 months, or it goes into collections" thing that they call their payment plan.

Oh well, I'm sure it will sort its self out!

Lol! Don't worry, we didn't travel back in time, I just copy and pasted and forgot to fix the whole title. Fixed!

Let's all agree that I should not make the meal threads, it's been a mess today. Let's edit in a QOTD now..

QOTD: Favorite weekend hobby/past time/etc?

Mine is casual window shopping and playing too many video games at home.

I think my sickness is finally turning the corner! I sound/feel much better this morning. Yesterday I rescheduled today's lunch with my BFF for next week, and I'm sure that did the trick :P Today all I've got scheduled is my monthly massage and I plan to finish the new Stephen King book and finish up the school work that's due this week. Next week is going to be crazy as I've got a quick trip to Boston for the 1 Million Steps for OCD walk I'm participating in to honor the memory of a kid I loved to babysit for who committed suicide due to BDD/OCD. I need to make sure I'm in a good place with school work before leaving on that trip!

QOTD: My weekends tend to be a combination of races, movies, school work, visiting my mom, and spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy all of these things. Sometimes, though, I wish I could just spend a weekend staring at a wall and truly doing nothing.

1: protein shake
2: soup or leftover pulled pork, depending on how I'm feeling post-massage
3: FINALLY I am cooking charred coconut chicken thighs and crispy tahini roasted cauliflower - last night I just threw frozen pulled pork into the slow cooker and made new rice for the guys.

liquid and vites: on track for liquids, I'll probably resume vitamins tomorrow
exercise: nope

I saw the title and panicked for a moment, actually thinking it was Tuesday Tgif!!

I don't have a meal set for today, but atm I'm having a oikos triple zero, some blueberries, and will bake chicken later for dinner. Haven't quite sorted out lunch yet, though :/ I guess now is the time to start planning my menu going forward.

It's Friday finally (doing the happy dance). I'm working at home with NO motivation to do work. : /

Heading out tonight to a comedy show and dinner. My favorite thing at this restaurant is a shrimp in a lemon/garlic butter sauce but I just had it two weeks ago - so I am going to try to be adventurous and try something different. We are home for the rest of the long weekend and I am going to get the house back in order. Remodel is almost done and I think I can work around what's left to do. The cleaners come back Wednesday, so all I have to do is tidy and reorganize. I can do it!!!

B: 1/2 sesame bagel with veggie cc

L: leftover stuffed pepper

D: idk, something yummy

S: maybe an ice cream before the show, although I probably won't have space in my tummy after dinner

E: hot today, at most a leisurely walk. Dog is still recovering from soft palate tissue resection and nare widening. He is doing well tho!

Good morning and happy Friday!! I've got a few things to work on from home, but when I can do it in sweatpants and no bra, it barely feels like work ;) Then for a long weekend with just the right amount of plans!

QOTD: Wait, was there a question? I'll go back and look and edit this if there was one!

B - coffee & protein shake

L - yogurt & almonds

D - beef stew (primarily just the beef)

Haha, I typed "QOTD" out of habit and then blanked on whether there was one.

Hey, at least you're making the effort to post the meal thread! It's been spotty lately, so you're awesome :)

Good morning all.

Feeling really good about de-carbing this week. There are homemade sweet rolls and cake and pastries in the break room and here I sit enjoying my cheese. I feel strong and ready to face any temptation that the holiday weekend may bring. We're heading out of town late (and I mean LATE -- like midnight) for a getaway to Chattanooga.

B: greek yogurt

S: cheese and jerky

L: chicken and broccoli

S: cottage cheese

D: the last of the chicken

S: frozen yogurt bar
