Been struggling lately with losing. Gonna focus more on staying consistent, and less on stressing over the scale.

You look lovely.

I always remind myself that the whole thing is life long marathon, not a sprint.

One day at a time, one meal at a time. I get 10,000 steps a day by one step at a time.

Love your skinnier pics. You look amazing! I especially like the yellow jumpsuit on you; it is very flattering.

It's hard to detach from the scale! I feel like, for many, so much of how you feel about yourself from day to day is linked to that number.

I switched to using Trendweight (link in my signature below) and I LOVE it. It really lets me focus on the trend of my weight instead of on the daily number. For me, that's been super positive.

Oh, Phooey! I went to the Trendweight sight--looks like a SUPER program, but, unfortunately, I don't have the "smart" tech. needed to support it. Thanks for the lead anyway

According to the FAQ, you don't need a smart scale to use Trendweight.

Do I have to have a FitBit or Nokia scale to use this site? Can I manually enter my weight data instead?

You'll have the best experience if you have to have either a FitBit or a Nokia scale. If you don't have one and would like to buy one, the easiest way to get one is on Amazon: FitBit Aria or Nokia Body Scale. They are both easy to setup. They measures both weight and body fat. And they can be used by everyone in your household.

If you don't have a scale, you can do things manually by creating a FitBit account and hand entering your weight there every day. Go ahead and connect your TrendWeight account to your FitBit account as if you had a scale. TrendWeight won't know that your weight readings were entered manually.
