Good morning. I am tired! When the shift ends I will take a hot shower and crash in bed and hopefully sleep a good while. My meals were supposed to be all pre planned for the weekend but someone ate my last two boiled eggs and I have no more eggs. Until I go shopping Monday afternoon I will have to make do!

QOTD: Do you wake up ready to go in the mornings, or do you struggle to function for awhile?

I will say that I am a hit the ground running sort of person no matter if I am up for day shift or night shift. When I get up I am full of energy and pretty up beat. I don't like mornings, but I am a high functioning day walker when I need to be!

Breakfast- 1/2 English muffin, egg white, ff Swiss cheese, turkey breast

Lunch- danon light and fit Greek, 100 cal almonds

Dinner- chicken and vegetables in the jalfreezie curry sauce

snacks- premier protein drink

totals- 955kcal, 102g protein, 72g carbs

Morning! Things are returning to normal after a week of semi-vacation (the kids at summer camp, so we didn't have to follow any normal routines). Yesterday one of our friends from NY joined us for dinner on their way home from Myrtle Beach. It's only 60 degrees out this morning so we're contemplating a hike/long walk to take advantage of it!

QOTD: I wake up ready to go these days! I wouldn't do as well adjusting to working nights though. I pretty much shut down at 10pm and wake up on my own around 5am.

M1: Coffee, NutPods, HC, Miralax

M2: Egg, Avocado, Cheese

M3: Smoked Pulled Turkey & Black Eyed Peas

M4: Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thigh

M5: Yogurt w/ shredded coconut

E: 75-minute Yoga tonight and hopefully plenty of walking

Good morning, all! I don't think I could work nights -- definitely an up early, early to bed person. Shame on egg thieves! Unless it was you (sometimes I forget I've eaten the "last" of something).

QOTD: Do you wake up ready to go in the mornings, or do you struggle to function for awhile? My best time of day is between 6:00 am and 8:00 am. It's my quiet time, sans dogs and lovely husband. It's my contemplation and study time. And I much prefer travel early am to early pm, rather than night time.

Food today -- not sure.

Breakfast: Premier protein drink w some coffee

Brunch: Out with friends, no idea where

Dinner: Corn tortilla, FF grated cheddar

Snack: TBD Some kind of protein - maybe Oikos Triple Zero yogurt

I'm working on maintenance at 123 lbs (+/- 2). So shooting for 1200 calories. And I'm not certain what that should look like at 9 months out. I seldom reach that number, but am trying to find the balance.

Good morning everyone! Man I am tired too mersh! I was dreading my weigh in today and tossed and turned all night and was up at 5am. I am so relieved because Week 1 weigh in I lost 5 pounds so I must be doing something right. So now to keep focused and keep meal planning and exercising!

QOTD - Unfortunately, I do not sleep well because my 3 year old still gets up most nights. I don't think I've gotten a good nights sleep since I had my oldest and she's almost 15. So I'm usually always exhausted. I started doing my runs in the morning and that has really helped me hit the ground running for sure. It energizes me and makes me feel ready for the day. No clue how I'm going to do it when school starts back up but for now its been great!

Hi, mersh!

QOTD: I struggle for a while and definitely hit snooze once or twice. I used to drink coffee first thing and do some light exercise to wake me up. Now coffee is out of the picture for a while, at least.

Today is our farmers market day. I was planning on getting some fruit for the family, some on-plan veggies for me, and some avocados. But alas, it?s already going to be 90 when the market opens and I?ve been so go go go this past week, I might just rest. I?ll see how I feel in a couple of hours.

B-Egg bite

L-Protein shake

D-Egg bite (they taste better eaten same day), mashed cauliflower w/Greek yogurt

Yesterday was a very bad day for me. I had gotten dehydrated on Friday and not noticed, so when I started to move around on Saturday morning I also passed out and vomited. At least I'm 99% sure it was due to dehydration. I spent most of yesterday sleeping and drinking. I feel significantly better this morning. I did end up asking for extensions (first time I've ever done that) so my two papers are due tomorrow instead of tonight. It's borrowed time, but time nonetheless.

QOTD: It all depends on whether or not I've gotten enough sleep and whether or not I have something scheduled. I've gotten better about the sleep thing, so that makes it easier to get up. I've learned that I need to be in bed for 9 hours to get the 8 hours of sleep my body requires.

1: protein shake
2: leftover Bon Chon
3: sous vide duck breasts, pumpkin alfredo pasta for the guys

liquid and vites: hopefully on track and then some
exercise: yoga
