Hi Demo607

There was some garbage in your subject line and prevented people from replying. I would suggest you stay away from high sugar/carb drinks like apply juice.

There are so many wonderful flavorings you can add to your water. Check some of these out.

Flavor water

Good Luck to you and we look forward to following your success!!!

Apple juice has nothing but flavor and calories. I drink coffee, high test and decaf. I put some creamer (half and half) in both. For the decaf it is hot on cold days and iced on hot days. Iced has some stevia in it for a sweetener.

I also make lemonade and limeade from concentrate and stevia. Zero calories. If you are adding calories and not losing weight, you have already identified your problem.

Skip the apple juice - stick to low calorie/no calorie drinks. You should be getting significantly more than 62 ounces a day as well if you're working outside in Las Vegas!

If you are working outside in las vegas, you are not getting enough water!/liquids. Your urine should be light yellow. In addition.. you may need added electrolytes.. this can be done with stevia/ no salt, and salt in balance. look up "rehydration formula" .. replace sugar with serving( appropriate amt) of stevia pyure brand. It is processed without chemicals.

It is bad for you IF it stop your weight loss!...If you have added 4 oz apple juice and it has stopped your weight loss you need to cut carbs more and increase the protein.. I used to work unloading semi trailers by hand in a whse. I was already to goal, and I used liquid protein shakes to help me stay hydrated and get fluids /protein needed in. The trailer was so hot would burn hand on it if I bumped it accidently.. . so I understand working in the heat.

Get your weight loss now while it is easier... in a few years it will not be as easy as it is now.
