B: Turkey Sausage/Egg/Cheese on a small low carb tortilla w/ tbsp salsa
S: Serving of Pistachios
L: Salmon W/ Mixed Veggies
S: Serving of Edamame
D: PF Changs Lettuce Wraps
W: 48oz down about half way done
V: Done
E: Ran 2 miles this morning and have 90 minute session with my PT at the gym tonight. Doing legs. OUCH!
