I too am having trouble. I did get approved and started the process Dec 2011 and our new benefits took effect Jan 2012 and now the surgery is not covered 100%. There is a very large balance. I tried to appeal also but I think as the other post stated a peer to peer may truly help. Im going to give it a shot seeing I shouldnt have to pay when I already started when it paid 100%
