What did you have during the liquid phase ?!?! how did you keep your energy levels up ??

do you think it would be stupid of me to just extend each phase without the approval of the surgeon ?

I am trying to get Ideas of things to have on hand for my post op from 1 day to 3 weeks !  what were your favorite foods ?!?!

i am a little peeved My surgeons office got an approval after 2 weeks for me to have the sleeve ; I never discussed this procedure with my surgeon we were always talking about the rny bypass ! I dont know how such a huge mistake was made but I can't change it unless i want to start every thing from square 1 ! so my question is how does the weight loss with the sleeve compare with rny weightloss! how much can i expect to lose in the first few months ?!?! I have about 125 pounds to lose total to be at 125 I am 21 and suffer from hypothyroid as well as poly cystic ovarian syndrome ! please any advice is much needed and greatly apprectiated !!!what was your SW your weight at various stages post op ???
