Hello everyone

My name is Jon Deery I have my date set on November 19th for my VSG am already on a liquid diet and this is to help shrink my liver and to get my weight down even more. I am at 480 and I need to down min 460 but 450 would be best. I have severe arthritis in both knees and walking is very difficult. Needless to say I am very concerned about the surgery and I am stressed out about the whole thing. I would appreciate it anyone had any advice or help.
