Well if you all don't hate me for being MIA for the last few months...I'll share.
At 16 months out +/- lol, I've been maintaining quite well. I run almost every day and lift weights. I notice when I up the weights I gain a pound or two of muscle so I'm up to 139 now but have really big muscles, lol.
that said, I ate an entire cannoli...bad choice and it took me three sittings but I did it. I ran 14 miles so I think I'm good.
I ate turkey, about 3 oz and later,...about a couple hours later had some potatoes and veggies. that's it.
I really think it's funny how I can eat only so much. My biggest issue is that I have to keep track of the protein and also get in some carbs to feed the running.
all in all, life is good. My family rocks! My husband is great! My daughter is awesome.
