Check out the agenda they have a party Friday and Fashion Show/Party on Saturday...they end early so we'll have to find another place!!

IF you want to fly in Thursday night, fly into LAX and you can stay with me and we can drive to Anaheim on Friday morning.

Ok snap shot.  OH Conference In October, in Anaheim, lots of peeps can get FUN if you MAKE it FUN.  I've been to a couple and I'm seriously considering THIS one as well.  It's currently $50 for like another week.  

THIS post is because if I go I'll be staying the weekend and looking for roommate(s).  It's about $130 (with fees) per person for 2 people.  But if we get two queen beds and make it 4 people it's about $65 per person.

You know I KEPT fighting my 1,000 calories until finally my trainer said I need you to eat minimum 1,200.  I was like you are ******g CRAZY.  Been doing it 2 month I feel GREAT and I'm losing (when I dont' eat donuts, popcorn and corn toritallas or margaritas but that's another story).  I say ALL this to say if you FEEL deprived you STOP and just eat for Christ's sake.  This "white knuckling" is BS.  Add in the fact that you are shredding...yeah stop tripping.

How far out from surgery are you?
When you say "ate before but can't eat anymore" is that postop?
Are you on an acid blocker?
Are you still able to get fluids in?

A couple of the foods you mentioned CAN be hard on some people.

OH is having a conference in Anaheim in October.  The regular price for tickets is $75 the "EARLY BIRD" price is $50 until the 17th.

There are stickies (the top posts) if you're on a computer on EVERY forum here on OH.

I think they go with sweet because we are trying to find a replacement for the sweet "carby" things that essentially aid in obesity.  When I crave savory I just turn to seeds or nuts or jerky.

It's TUESDAY and that means I eat more carbs and get to eat my Popeyes lol!!!  Change of plans.  Since I am having a SUPER DUPER hungry day I've modified and this is the current plan.

B:  Protein Shake
S:  Coffee; TJ Blueberry Fiber Muffin
S:  3/4 Pack Flamas Sunflower Seeds
S:  1 Tbsp Biscotti Spread
L:  Spaghetti Squash; Meat Sauce
S:  Tuna Cup; 1 Tbsp Mayo
D:  6oz Burger Patty; Spinach Salad

Water:  6/12 (slow start I see)
Vitamins:  Check
Exercise:  5 miles

Nutrition 1,201 calories; 126g protein; 73g carbs; 48g fat; 23g fiber;

This week I am working out with NO deviation Monday to Saturday.  I have 20 days until my Half Marathon, no "more" time to slack.
