I was sleeved in April and have had no problems but my weight loss has slowed a ton. I always hear you have to work for the last 10-20 pounds. Just wanted to see how everyone is doing. I am going back to basic like logging my food again since I stopped for a couple months and protein shakes which I stopped also. I am trying to lose the last 10 by my birthday party Feb 4. Wish me luck! :)
I am going good! Weight loss has slowed a little and I was having a shake every day but that last few weeks I havents much. I like foods more but I am starting shakes again tmr. Also double workout time and running! I need to lose these 15 pounds fast! I can do this but I know I gotta work hard for those last pounds to come off. What have you been doing? How do you feel about your loss?
Was going to workout but got some bad news. I miss my home state and friends. We get to go home in a few weeks to visit tho.Trying to workout to make sure I lose 10 more pounds by then. I just have so much going on with kids, hubs and the bad news didnt help.

I feel like I am a slower loser compared to some. But I am doing good with fluids, protein and stuff. I use myfitnesspal.com to keep track. Some said I might be losing slower since I dont have much to lose. Well I still think think 30 - 40 pounds is alot. I hope that I can lose 20 more by July 1 because we are going on a vaction!
