insurance that covers weight loss surgery?

Anyone in the Milwaukee area that works for a company that offers great insurance that does cover weight loss surgery? I'm at a point after having Gastric Bypass where my job doesn't offer insurance and even if I were to get insurance through this employer...the insurance does NOT cover Baractric Services. I work an a memory care facility as an Activities Coordinator. Anyone activities people out there who have good insurance?!
