I have a pool and need to know the workouts for tightening and exercise. Does anyone one know where to go on the internet to get the instructions? Thanks,

Hi Loretta! Just popped onto this message board and noticed you haven't received an answer yet. Can't say I know of anything off the top of my head; your best bet may be to go into a search engine (MSN Search, Google, etc.), and type in those exact words: water aerobic instructions. You may find what you're looking for. Oh, one other thing may be the library - it's a long shot, but they may have books illustrating water aerobic moves. Good luck!

I have a cassett tape, made at a spa and fitness center. You could probably find a tape at a stoe that sells fitness clothes and supplies, like Sportsmart. I have also seen books with tapes at, Barnes and Noble. Sorry I could not be of more help. I take an Aquamotion class at my local gym, with a pool of course.

I know I'm waaaay late in replying, but I purchase exercise videos from Collegevideo.com. They have a pretty good selection of water aerobic video tapes. Some of the videos also come with audio for poolside use. Check out collagevideo.com and do a keyword search for water aerobics. Good luck! Tracy

Aqua jogger is a leading source of belts, gloves and bells. I also found this site that has a video, which I've seen in the past. http://www.aqua-gear.com/AquaJoggerAJ%20Video-WO.html
