    Hi all, We Started up with Fall Semester of Water Arobics Last Night and she really kicked our butts. I am loving it, but am walking in slow motion today.. .lol Lizzi

    hello glad to hear u started water arobics, im new to this site and heard there was water arobics around can u check for me and see if tennessee has any with your instructor or how to go about finding out , i heard we had some places to excerise in water but dont no where they r at or who to contact thank u very much hope it goes well with u , rita
