just checking in to say hi to all ,i am doing fine dwn 32 lbs yeaaa comming off slow but happy it is comming off lol.i feel so much better now can not wait to get to goal i know i will feel alot better .sure is hot here in SC .take care all

Hello. Glad to hear that you're doing well. I had surgery back in Jan and am down just under 90 pounds. It has been an amazing journey. We're stationed in AL...hot there too. We're in San Antonio for business at the moment, hot here too. What is your goal? I don't have one really...just to be healthy. Kim
