Happy Tuesday!  Biggest Loser is tonight!

Saturday we hiked 8 miles at Cheaha-the Chinabee trail.  It was a relatively easy hike and the waterfalls were full.  It was 29 degrees when we started, but once we got moving, we were peeling layers off.  Great day for a hike!

Yesterday I did P90X2 chest and back....I could only do 30 minutes....it is so hard, but I know I'll master it!

Today's eats:
B1-Jimmy Dean Dlight breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
S-1/2 banana
L-Lean Cuisine pizza
S-Chobani
S-1/2 banana
D-salad with a couple baked chicken fingers, boiled egg

Dessert-s/f jello with pineapple and cool whip

I'll probably run on the "dreadmill" tonight since it will be raining.

D-ground chicken loaf (meatloaf outta ground chicken) and salad

went hiking today - was a fun adventure and probably some more walking this evening.

Super busy past couple of weeks.  Not formally exercising but staying on the move at work and personal life.

B:  1 egg, 1 slice ham, 1 slice toast, some shredded pepper jack cheese
S:   Coffee
L:  1c veg soup, 6 Triscuits, 1/2 c. tuna
S:  1 c. fresh fruit
D:  Fresh spinach salad with a boiled egg, carrots, red onion, and almonds, 6 Triscuits
S:  Not sure yet but I am sure I will find something!
