Happy Wednesday!  Penny item at Publix today!!

Eats today:
B1-1/2 c cottage chs with NSA peaches and 1 slice ww toast w/ butter
B2-grilled chicken breast
L-Chunky healthy request soup (whole can) and 8 lo fat Ritz crackers
S-banana
S-strawberries
S-Chobani mango
D-center cut pork chop and steamed broccoli

Dessert-S/F Pudding?

I will run tonght (didn't do it last night....took care of DH-he has a cracked rib, in a lot of pain)

After workout snack - fruit
