This is a plateau busting diet in case any one would like to try it... *** 1. Do this for 10 days to break a plateau. 2. Drink 2 litres of water a day. 3. You must have 45 grams of protein supplement and all your vitamins/minerals supplements each day (some suggest at least 60 and up to 80 gr). 4. You may consume up to 3 oz of the following high protein foods, 5x a day. Beef Pork Chicken Turkey Lamb Fish Eggs Low-fat Cheese Cottage Cheese Plain Yogurt or Artificially Sweetened Peanut Butter Beans / Legumes You may also have: Sugar-Free Popsicles Tea or Coffee (decaf only) Sugar Free Jello Broths / Boullion Crystal Light Drinks 5. If it's not on the list, you can't have it for 10 days!!!! 6. Keep a food diary and try to get up to 30 mins of exercise daily.

This is my favorite in Fuzzy-Navel flavour. 4EVER®FIT Fruit Blast® Isolate Protein I've tried these 2 flavours and found them very good: Cran-Razz, Tangy Orange.

I did the plateau buster diet a while back and I just want to offer one small bit of advice, make sure you add extra fiber to your diet when following it.  I ended up with severe constipation because of the increased amount of protein and not much veggies on the 10 days.  Add some flaxseed to your protein shakes or keep some colace handy in case you start feeling irregular.  Severe constipation is not fun.

Thanks so much for the advice, I already have constipation, have had it since surgery 15 months ago. I've tried a lot of things for it, but now I just use an adult supossitory every 2 days. Flaxseed, now can you use it in other things besides protein shakes and where can it be purchased?

Yes you can sprinkle flaxseed into yogurt or on salads. It has a slightly nutty flavor.  Makes a chocolate protein shake taste sort of like a malt flavored shake.   I buy flaxseed at Cost Plus Nutrition stores.  Most health stores, Whole Foods type stores should carry it.  It should be milled flaxseed.  Whole flaxseed is harder to digest and you would probably have to grind it.   I also use benefiber regularly which you can add to anything - even regular water because it has no taste.
