64oz of liquid....Can we do more??

Hey Gang, I have heard it said that 64 oz of liquid is a lot, but I do that everyday already. Is it a problem if you are able to do more?
Good Morning!     Some Dr.'s prefer us to do more, especially in this heat and humidity.   You need to jump over and see us on the Tn board. Beth

WOW! I didn't know there was a TN board!!! I'll check that out! Thanks
Nope it's not a problem at all, since 64 ozs is the MINIMUM..... most people don't really get that part.....  there are several hydration calculators on the web, just google it..... the last time I used one it said I should be getting 103 ozs a day..... because I drink alot of coffee too, I normally drink 125 to 150 ozs of water a day......

I personally feel dehydrated if I only get in 64oz. In a normal day for me it's more like 100oz. Listen to your body. It's A Good Life! Lori

Yeah Karen, someone already got on that one! The guys and I hang out aoften. HAHAHA! Thanks

You are one of the lucky ones!  Especially with the heat and humidity that most of us are suffering from.  Drink, drink, drink!  I'm a water drinker too and was before surgery so getting in my 64 oz. is not a problem.  I can't imagine how hard it is for soda drinkers to give that up.  My husband and oldest daughter (22 yrs old) drink basically nothing but Diet Coke and I would bet that if they were cut they would bleed Diet Coke!  I've given them articles about how drinking Diet sodas can actually make you gain weight and unfortunately both of them are overweight by at least 60 lbs. It is certainly not all Diet Cokes fault as they both don'****ch what they eat and eat out a lot. Anyway, keep drinking!
Since about 3 months out ive been getting in 100 oz a day! Just sip, sip, sip! I dont think its a problem.

Hello!  I drink a minimum of 64 ounces a day but aim for 100 ounces.  For me, that's mostly water but also Crystal Light, decaf iced tea, decaf/sugar free pop, etc.
