I'm having a modified philly cheese steak-4 pieces deli roast beef, 1 piece provolone cheese, 1 sm low carb tortilla, sauted onions, peppers, mushrooms w/ a squirt of mustard down the middle! YUM! (about 180 calories)
in dry skillet, place 1 tortilla w/ provolone and roast beef slices. Turn heat on med. and let the provolone melt and the tortilla crispen up. When done, remove from skillet, add hot sauteed veggies and mustard (to taste). Roll up or fold like a taco and enjoy! CHEW CHEW CHEW because beef can be stringy.
