I was taking nature's bounty....gross stuff!  But, now I'm confused. I was told to take b12, never told anything other than b-12, multi vitamins, and calcium citrate. I take two women's multis that show 100% thamine each....I even went to look through my paperwork from the presurgical classes and it only shows b-12.  Should I worry? It's like I'm taking more pills now than I was prior to having surgery! (Not that it's a bad thing of course, but yee****here's not gonna be room in my stomach for food soon! LOL)

You don't know the half of it when it comes to vitamins!  I take a snack baggie size.  But that has come from my labs and not what I started on.  I started on multis, B complex, B12, iron and calcium. You can ask your doc.
