It is good.  It's like chicken broth.  If you don't want to drink it....You can add it to Mashed Potatoes or something like that.  It can't be over 130 degrees or it will congeal.

I couldn't have it because it has soy protein in it and I'm allergic.  If you're sick of broth and beans, try straining regular soup and drinking the broth -- it tastes so much better.

Thanks for the imput. I have been eating those things but I need to get more. I think I will try it~ This site is so great. I went to my support group and asked about creative protien sources and was told to "just do it" and "get over it." I wasnt asking how to puree pizza, I was asking how to get my protein in. Its nice to have help! I appreciate you guys!

I didn't care all too much for it, though if you want something fairly un-protein-shake-like, the Unjury Chicken Soup powder mixed with warm water should do the trick!

My own complaint is that it tastes too much like every powdered chicken-soup mix: too salty, a "fake chicken" flavor, too salty, and did I say "too salty"?    You'd never mistake it for real chicken soup, but then, you wouldn't expect that of ANY powdered chicken soup!

    Hi,
I've tried the unjury chicken broth, not too bad. Also, go to Nashua products site on the internet. They sell protein items like pineapple drink, chicken noodle soup and no bean chili. I liked the pineapple drink and the soup, bought but haven't tried the chili yet.
Just discovered Fage-- greek yogurt. I've tried it in recipes with chicken, and since I'm  a few months further out then you, I mixed Hidden Valley powdered vegetable dip in it and ate it with cut carrots. It was really good. The Fage is very high in protein, 0% fat and low in calories. Walmart sells it in the yogurt area.
    Hope this helps,

I use unflavored unjury in chicken broth and it's very tolerable.  Also, if you ordered the unflavored variety you can try adding it to other 'regular' food as well.
