How To Get Out of a Stall???

I always exercise in the morning since I have bad insomnia other wise I'll be up all night :( as for chaning up my food routine I seriously wish that I had a routine. For those that do have routines maybe they should try what you suggest as well. For now I need to work out my schedule and eat enough I think that may be my problem. Who knew that food would ever not be the enemy anymore, I am still having a hard time grasping that I suppose.
