What was the date of your surgery? June 27, 2006 (perhaps the best day of my life)
2 How much did you weigh before surgery? DOS - 262 Highest: 278
3 How much have you lost total? 120 pounds
4 Do you exercise? Yes - weights, walking, yoga, Wii Fit, Aerobics
5 What type of exercise do you do? - oops, see above
6 How do you get in all your protein? Protein first, lots of chicken, eggs, cottage cheese, tofu, nuts
7 What supplements do you take? Optisource Multi-Vit, B-1, Iron
8 How many sizes did you lose? From a 20/22 to an 8/10
9 What was your favorite food before surgery? Sweets, chips, fast food
10 What is your favorite food now? Grilled lemon chicken, quesadillas
I'm 2 years plus out now, and it's getting harder to maintain, but I am determined to do it!
