I just use it as a time to reassess what I am eating, how I am exercising, and how much protein I am getting in. Sometimes it helps to up your calories a lil bit. I am a year out and 10 lbs. below goal now, so I am trying to maintain. I am having TT Aug. 26. There were times I was stuck for six weeks, but then I would tweak my eating, add a lil more protein, and it would start again. Just be patient.
