Well, i am not sure what to do... I have to have 15 pounds gone before friday and the first 10 came off no problem, now,... I am stuck with 5 to go and they aren't budgin... at all...
I work out 5 days a week, 45 min or so on machines, and 45 min. of swimming for my cardio. I eat about 1000 calories a day, maybe a little less actually, drink about 70 oz of water a day and I am stuck....
Any ideas? I need 5 gone by friday... If I get the 5 gone I get a date.... if not, I have to wait around some more...
