I had a pap and a urine test and according to the doctor all the tests came out negative .. no yeast, no STD, no vaginosis, no urin infection but i still have all these symptoms..

It started after WLS when i started useing Nuva Ring. I had to stop after 3 months. Its been a YEAR now and i've been seen and treated by 3 doctors (this is my 4th) and still i have NO answers or solution.

I have a milky cloudy kind of discharge, irritation, swelling, and no matter how many times a day i shower i cant keep this stuff from forming and.. .the only way i know how to discribe it is to compare it to elmers glue ..when you put it on something like plastic that it doesn't really stick to and then when its semi dry but still gooey u try to roll it off with your finger it make little rolls of sticky dirty stuff .,....its soo gross.. i guess it also looks like that toilet paper that sticks to your wet bum and crumbles off, nstead of cleaning you, you end up with little toilet paper rolls all over ..

But i know its not toilet paper,, i thought it might be my skin peeling off but now i just have no idea and i can't keep living like this .. i cant have sex, i cant sleep because its so irritated and im just worried about it ... how can she go down there and look at it and say ...well i dont see any discharge ..hello its freaking crusty town down there! I dont know what to do. and in addition a couple of days ago i was in so much pain when i went to pee .. like mid stream it felt like someone stuck a sharp thin something up there .. it scared the hell out of me .. but that might be totally un related..

Oh Cristy, I am so sorry you are going through this. It must be driving you crazy. I wish I had some answers or suggestions for you. I can't believe that four doctors can't find what's wrong!

Have you looked on WebMD for the symptoms. Maybe it'll give you something to ask your doctor about. Something they haven't really looked for.

Good luck sweetie. I hope you get some answers soon.

Are you being seen by a gyno Dr.? It does sound like a bladder infection with the pee thing. The only thing that I can suggest is cranberry juice with lots and lots of water. Also, I think it is called Azo pills. These can help some with the bladder. I hope that you get some relief soon.

Cristy - I sort of have something similar going on.  I had a Mirena IUD put in a few weeks ago and last week, i started with irritation and swelling - VERY STRANGE!  I wonder if we are sensative to a foreign body being inside?????

That could be it .. but i stopped useing nuva ring after 3 months and the symptoms continued, they have contuned for a year dispite treatment..and i would figure that removing the foreign body would make verything better but it hasn't for me .. i hope you have better luck.

Man, I suggest seeing different gynos until someone sees what you see and feel.  Vajayjays are nothing to play with.  It could be an allergic reaction turned infection, or a combination of things.

The painful peeing definitely sounds like a UTI ... As to the other problem, you are likely going to have to go to a gyn until someone takes you seriously and you find out what the problem is.  Do you live in an area where you can see a different gyn???  It's amazing how one dr can diagnose a problem while another one misses it completely.

I live in Korea and have to go to Military treatment facilities .. so my options are limited. Im not sure what kind of a doctor the one i saw was but im pretty sure she wasn't a gyno ...there is one that i know of in that hospital and if she isn't able to resolve this for me I will be asking for a referal to see him. She called today to let me know she prescribed something for me even though all the tests were negative .. she wants me to call back when i finnish the treatment to let her know how i am doing.. so i'll call her and see where we can go from there if its not better ..

ok this sounds like the same issues my daughter was having (but she is only 3) they tested everything under the sun, and everything came back negative too. hers went on for 7 months or so, and just kinda cleared up..but heres a few things that helped, and dont know if your drs perscribed and/or told you to do. thye gave me topical lidicane for her, so like after a shower, or really went it gets inflamed and hurts but the lidicane all over down there, it will numb you up lol. then everytime you pee use a squirt bottle of some sort with only water and spray yourself down there. when showering dont use any kinda soaps down there, i know i know but see if it clears it up, becuase more than likely you are washing idown there a little more aggrassive and or more often to try and get the grossness away.  and the soaps you do use on your body, you want it to a very very mild soap that is hypoallergenic, somehting like johnson and johnson, yes i know its baby soap, but its mild and still cleans. no sprays, deoderizing.
now even though my daughters stuff came back normal, they went ahead and told me to use niastain (sp?, but yeast infection med) everytime she peed after squirting with warm water and pat dryed with a fresh clean towel. they wanted me to do it for 2 weeks, i ended up doing everything but the yeat infectin med, it didnt have the smae color nor did it smell and the tests came back negative for a yeast infection. but the water, no soap and lidicane ended up finally clearing it up.
i hope they can figure it out for ya. also i dont know how japan works, but if your mtf cannot find your answers you might want to consider a civi gyn.

It is probably your body's reaction to the changes in your body. Maybe too much vitamins or too much  of something else. If you have been tested for STD's and are clear of that then stop stressing.... STRESS can cause  your body to do weird things...and make doctors go crazy trying to figure out what is going on.  I hope things clear up soon!

I do not really have answers, but maybe a suggestion. I have a girlfriend that has had issues and gone and done everything...no relief. Anyways.....do you have a doctor there available to you...that is a female urologist/gynocologist combo? This is the type doctor she went too and is getting answers she needs. Her first consult took over an hour for him to listen to the whole damn story and what she went thru doctor wise.
Good luck....I am so sorry your going thur this

I had something similar a couple of years ago and my gynecologist said that it was called "lucrea".  He said that it is just something that happens to women of a certain age (I am 38, was 36 at the time) where you overproduce vaginal secretions and it would eventually go away and it did.  It lasted about a year though.  He said that it was due to changes in my hormonal balance.  I had a very sticky, milky colored secretion and it had a foul odor.  He said to douche once a week with a vinegar and water douche for the acidity.  I hope this helps and the good news is...it does go away, but it does last for a while.  Melissa

I thought it might be related to hormones because i had never had any issues before surgery and i know that our hormone balances change when we loose weight... but when i've mentioned that to doctors they don;t seem very concerned at all .. in fact they prety much blow me off.

How do you do a douche ? .. do you have to buy a product or?? I have never done that before.

Not trying to correct people but the correct spelling is "leukorrhea." I only know this because I am a medical transcriptionist. Hope you can research this term online and hope it helps!

You should be able to find a douche kit at a pharmacy of some sort. It is a bag to hold the solution with a small hose attached to it and you hang itup in the bathroom while you sit on the toilet and run the solution into your hooha. There should be instructions with it.
