The next best "fix" besides surgery for hanging tummy?

There's lots of really nice shapewear out there. I can't stand the really binding/restrictive ones, but there are some nice lightweight, t-shirt style ones that kind of smooth everything out.

I've gotten them at K-Mart, Target, etc. very cheaply. 

I also like Slimpressions for times when I want to smooth out my batwings, but I don't wear those every day.
