    Podrunner has some workout music for free as does motion traxx etc. if you can download podcasts to your ipod. Itunes has several listed under their podcast tabs.

     I never know what my mood is going to be, so I make sure I have a little bit of everything.

    I just download my favorite and "old" cd's.  I then play the songs according to what I'm doing.  Start with slow ones and move up to faster ones.

    Currently listening to Boston - Third Stage -- Yep, it's an oldie, but so am I!
