Does anyone take probiotics at all, and if so, what's the best one to take?

I take them.  I get them at Walmart or Sams.  I could not begin to determine which is the best one.  I like the ones I take.  Check it out online if you are not sure.

I take a probiotic. I used Phillips brand but they were getting expensive. I use the generic form of Phillips now at Target or Food City. Not just any probiotic worked for me. I used a cheap one from Walgreens and it just didn't seem to make a difference for me. When I use the Phillips or generic, I have more consistant bowel movements.....sorry, TMI!      Connie

I take Culturell.  I was told this was a good one by my visiting nurse last winter when I was having all kids on problems.  Last week I had a GI appointment (my first for an ongoing problem) and he asked about my regime and said that it sounded good.  And the probiotics and 6 in one hand and 1/2 dozein in the other.
