gastric sleeve 5 yrs later

Can you give us some idea of what you eat at one meal?

 This community...and more importantly the medical community- is going to be able to offer better suggestions with better information- "super slowly" and "most of what I eat" does not give enough info.  Real time durations, size amounts and what exactly you are trying to digest might shed light on the subject.  I do know that sometimes Dr.s opt not to operate on hiatal hernias- You must have been to see a physician recently to get that diagnosis?   Someone I know had very similar symptoms to yours intermittently and turns out it was a chronic infection of the colon, but that was not diagnosed in an ER- It was only after they sought out help from a gastroenterologist that the root cause was discovered.  What you are describing is abnormal. I wish you success in getting this resolved.
