Allergan & Realize bands recall information

Wow... Just Wow.
I support any persons choice of WLS (so long as they researched) for for some the Band has really worked great, but sadly I see that it is working for only a small minority.

It is sad there are so many problems with it (one reason I really wanted RNY, Sleeve or DS). I hope that the companies really HELP the paitients who are having problems (Probably NOT unless you complain *sigh*)

Sadly MOST Big Drug companies work like this, until people start sueing them and winning and for many of us who have had surgery in the US, you have to sign a mediation agreement or something saying you won't sue your bariatric surgeon, for surgical or failures with the device.

Good luck to all the Bandsters, I hope that you are able to sort this mess out.
