after weight loss I now have sever smelly infection under my stomach flap. what can I do?

I agree with the above posts saying to use anti-fungal cream.  When I get a yeast/fungal rash under my abdominal flap, I use miconazole cream twice a day until it heals.  Usually takes a week.   Other than that, I use Gold Bond powder twice a day to keep the area dry.
