ok I caught a dreadful stomach bug from eating Lebanese frozen okra ( I forgot their water isnt OUR water GRRR !!! I would never drink water (or ice) or eat street food in Lebanon .. what WAS I thinking .

Yesterday I was alternatively curled up on the floor wanting to DIE from the excruciating pain in my gut . or puking and sh..ing myself at the same time ( try to make THAT one work Grrls ! ) Iiterally soiled FOUR pairs of pajama pants trying (and failing ) to get to the toilet on time ..

Needless to say important business meetings went unpostponed ( God knows if they'll forgive me today ) ..

I HATE doing / thinking about taxes

My adult stepson who wont take steps to support himself ( or even clean his room ) is driving me MAD as is his Father's reluctance to do anything to change the situation .. He's been draining this family for over ten years since his adulthood without respite ... refuses to study and was kicked out of his technical school and is STILL being treated as the golden boy !!! He HAS to go .. and has to stop eating us out of house and home and POLLUTING our home with his bad moods , filth , 500 lb piggish insufferable habits ..

I told my husband I'm grabbing his ( extremely expensive ) trains ( Barbie dolls for boys ) he's refused to pack up fand put in storage or over a year and selling them on E-bay or to a store .. to get a start on what he owes us for his upkeep these last three months . and I'm SERIOUS ...

There  are lots (  TOO  MANY )  tiny little ethnic neighborhoods  here  in NYC  to COUNT .  In a way its really cool .. you get to try all kinds of new spices  and foods .. but I just got thoroughly SPANKED  for my daring .   

I don't know how the immigrants even stand those devastating bacteria .. 

 If I didn't think it was worth it, I woulda walked away a long time ago.

I am coming back to OH after a long hiatus.  I am here because I need to get Back on Track (yes, I have joined the group!!  ).

I have to say, though...that OH looks VERY different to me than what is was back in 2007/2008.  There used to be hundreds of posts per day and I am not seeing that now.  Is it is because of the way the forum is moderated?  I know there was an OH staffer here several years ago (Amy something) who was very cool, very active...but I think she was pushed out.  And it seems that, at least the forum part, has been in decline ever since.

OH was critical in my WLS success.  The people here are amazing...so supportive.  I hope that the moderators listen to the concerns of the people who support it.

I, for one, love your b-tchfests.  I think we need one every day to stay sane!

 I think the mods are  trying to justify their jobs .   

Happened  with City inspectors too  when  a bunch of em got laid off ...  the remaining ( and the cheaper new hires )  became INCREDIBLY TOUGH ... justifying three or four return visits and  extra application fees  where   there was only one or ( rarely )   two before .

Needless to say it just about killed all the new construction and renovations in the City .  Its VERY easy to turn  potential investors off  and make em take their money to the next town ... 

( We the members here of course invest our TIME and energy ..and without our input  the site is nothing .. )
