Have you checked out the RNY board here on OH?

 I too pretty much stick to the RYN board.  Everyone is so helpful even when it's the same question asked over and over again 

This site has been so helpful to me and so many others, I hope you stay and give it your positive outlook as that is why I come on here on a daily basis to get others opinion and give mine. We just have to respect each other opinions I do.

there have always been wars and individuals that got snarky, but they were easy enough to navigate around for me. This is a whole new anger, much more prevalent across new and old and all groups. 

 Yes it is kind of sad.  I have been a lurker while doing my research and deciding which tool to choose if any.  My decision made and my surgery date is set.  I find myself doing a search on most of my questions rather than a new topic for just that reason!  

Congrats on re-joining the LOSERS Bench and not all of us are hostile!

 Anne  I  agree  I am grateful the hate  is gone on the boards and Not tolerated too. I am  glad  the silly Surgery Wars are over too.  I await the day  the  same  standards  on the Boards cross over to the OH Chat Room , and  hate and abuse is Not Tolerated there too.  I will never agree  with the  abuse . I  also agree , I owe OH.com and many of the OH Members  so much  for all the education and support. This site is amazing , free  and  a gift to us all.   

  Anne, If I was out of line for using your name , please  accept my humble apology . I'm sorry I should have left your name out ....  What you endured was so Blatant  obvious  .. to bring to mind... hate and  abuse  was abundant along with  horrid personal attacks.  There was NO  call for any of it , no need  and went on far too long  to you and many others.  

 I  respect you , enjoy your posts . I applaud  and look up to you for what you  have  done to help things  change for the better, For helping to STOP  the hatefulness, abuse   and  personal attacks that went on.  Oddly  it  appeared  some of the abusers and haters  seemed to run  In a "pack" , unmercifully  they  would rip  some Posters  flesh , for  even posting  a mere . " Hello" . Some of us can Identify. 

Thank you for  standing  up,  hanging in and  helping  it get better  for  everyone.  Especially for those  that  don't feel they can. Some aren't  strong enough  to  stand up against  "Haters", no less when they  run in "packs". Thank you for standing up for those that  don' feel they are "heard" or have a voice.

Anne, from the Bottom of my heart , God Bless you. You were called to do what you do.   God Bless Eric for changing the Terms of Service and  for OH.com  for  trying to  create an atmosphere  where   members  can feel "safe". Those that never been torn to shred's regularly  may never get it ,I am  VERY Glad they  haven't been and don' get it. Until we walk in another shoes .. we don't some times.
