Post Date: 2/9/12 10:51 am I am off to a good start. I started the plateau busters diet this morning and I started a new exercise program. Today I jogged/walked 8 miles. (I jogged until I got winded, then walked until I got it back, then jogged again. I repeated this until I hit the 8 mile mark. I have been meticulously weighing and measuring everything that goes into my mouth (even water) I have been logging it all in this program called Diet Analysis Plus. You enter your food, beverages, activities into it and it creates spreadsheets and charts and graphs showing how many cals you've eaten vs goal , your weight, your nutrients, how many cals you have burned, etc. My nutritionist loves that I use this because I can print out either daily or weekly reports for her to go over. ****ep mine in a 3 ring binder so I can keep track of my progress) This is what is did the first 2 years after my surgery, but the past 4 I stopped using it. Hopefully doing this will get me back on track and help me lose the weight that crept back on.
