I am going to try and move, I have been sitting so much my butt has the chair pattern on it.

    Take care,

I guess I'm on the opposite train.
    I take weekends off.

    M-F I am very regimented.
I eat the same things every day, I weigh and measure everything, log it all, do 3.5 miles on the track each day at lunch.

S-S, I loosen the reigns, eat what I want, maybe eat out once, exercise if I feel like it.

Only thing I do for sure is log food in Sparkpeople, every day, without fail...since October 26, 2009.

It will be hard for me because I am in NYC for weekend and my birthday is Monday and all sorts of good things are planned including a dinner tomorrow with family. I hope to celebrate intelligently, but I'm sure I'm going to treat myself! I will be walking lots and lots. I love walking in NYC- so much to see and do!

I have had a basement that has been "calling" out my name for months. I started on it last week. By being down there it keeps me away from the food and then there is a bunch of up and down the stairs when doing laundry at the same time.

I'm working all weekend at my restaurant.  Believe it or not, I never eat enough when I work all day and night.

I have been fasting this week, so this weekend I will probably eat whatever I want.  I am in an I don't care about eating phase right now, I run with them when they happen.

I plan to go take pictures tomorrow in the snow, so thats tons of walking and little eating.  I really have no taste for food right now, its very odd, I wander the grocery store like an alien, never really buying anything.  I find the grocery store too overwhelming with choices.

I want some good chocolates for Valentines day but I am not sure what.  I will only eat milk chocolate and I have to LOVE it to waste the carbs and calories.

Please take good care of your beautiful self, Heidi. You want to be around for long time so you can keep taking pictures of your lovely swans.

Sticking to the advice/thread you used to share daily on here when I first joined ... and I took to heart ... one awesome thread that was and an excellent daily reminder... DID YOU MOVE TO LOSE??? remember? ... teeee  heeeeeeee now I am moving to MAINTAIN .... OFF to zumba I go and after that Samba at the Brazilian Ctr. and planning a fun day ...

I got up at 4 am (no morning run today) and did chores ... cleaned up the ferrets pen OMG the little tykes were soooooo excited they kept trying to climb up my arms when I stooped or my legs when I stood ... does that count as exercise? I finally have some canvas that are dried enough to mail out without damaging them so I am doing a post office run with overdo packages too...

I wish you a very FUN and HAPPY weekend wish I KNOW you will have!!!!

RNY 2/5/07 no regain having implemented lifestyle changes....
