Surgery done in 2004 and went from 328 to 155...sorry to say have gained about 50 pounds back.  Need any and all suggestions on getting back on track.  So scared to think I will never lose it or more afraid I will end up back at 328...God help me.  Thanks

Back to the basics

Are there any rules you are breaking? Drinking with meals? Drinking Calories? Not waiting after eating to have a beverage?

Evaluate what you are doing, and begin to make changes in those things that you are doing that you shouldn't be.

I only have one suggestion: stay away from carbs. The worst carbs are: SUGAR, and white flour. They are worse than heroin and I'm willing to bet that eating them is what made you gain weight. The only carbs you should be eating are the colorful leafy kind. Good luck.

Yup, back to the basics, one day at a time.

You are going to have to do the hard work, no way around it, and only you can do it. Get all the support you can. Get therapy with an eating disorder specialist. Start tracking and planning your intake. Get exercising. Make sure you are doing your supplements and protein. Make small goals for yourself and give yourself a reward every time you reach one. Get back up on the horse again and again and again.

Make yourself accountable to someone- let them know what you are up to and what your results are on a daily basis.

You can do it!

"What the caterpillar calls the end of the world, the master calls the butterfly." Richard Bach

"Support fosters your growth. If you are getting enough of the right support, you will experience a major transformation in yourself. You will discover a sense of empowerment and peace you have never before experienced. You will come to believe you can overcome your challenges and find some joy in this world." Katie Jay

You already have the knowledge and tools you need.

Get back on your plan.
Exercise.
Deal with the drivers that caused to you regain in the first place.
Be vigilant and monitor yourself.

Thanks everyone.  I appreciate the support.  I WILL do this.  I will not allow myself to gain anymore than I already have.  I have stumbled but have not fallen down!!!!!!!!  Best wishes to everyone.  God Bless!
