Hi,
im new to the forum, my name is adele and im too overweight i weight 200kg :( and its actually time i lost some weight. i have joined the forum so that others can help me in loosing weight. i find it difficult doing day to day things such as getting up and sitting down without struggleing. i was hoping you could help me in losing weight.

Losing weight and maintaining weight loss is a day to day lifestyle.  Some days you'll do better than others but, EACH day you work at making better food choices, controlling caloric intake, monitoring portion sizes, etc is a day you are pledging to give yourself a healthier YOU.  Good luck and know that you are not alone!
