Hi! I am having rny on June 11. My nutritionist say I must find a protein shake that has similar grams of proteins and carbs. Within 5 grams. Did anyone else have to do this? Does anyone know why? What is the best site to order samples on? Any help would be awesome! Thank you!!!

That's interesting.  You are going to have to try a lot of shakes to find one you like and don't even bother trying it now.  Your tastes can change dramatically after surgery.  Get a bunch of samples and see what you can handle after surgery.  I don't know why she says to get a shake with similar grams of protein and carbs - that could make for a pretty high carb shake.  I ended up liking the Zero Carb Isopure shake  - it has about 25 grams of protein per serving.  I think you can order samples from Vita Lady (if she's still doing business - I heard she had an illness in the family).   You can also get samples from Chikenutrition.com (5 shakes for $6.95).
