So happy down to 262 after 1 week. Today I got all of my staples out and my drain out(it hurt like he**) I am feeling better now. I was told to advance to stage 3 on the diet next weds. I guess this is good I will be 2 weeks out and on stage 3.

You are doing great Christy.  I found that each stage of the eating plan an improvement over the last one.  I looked forward to trying new things to eat.
